Don't wait to get back to your desk to get the latest updates from nbn. All content in the nbn™ Customer Centre portal is now mobile friendly. Plus, if you forget your password, it's now much easier to reset. Try it out for yourself. View this page on your mobile device and tell us what you think.












Personalisation

All navigation, content, filters and search results are shown or hidden based on your user roles. If you are unsure if you have all roles necessary to complete your day job, check out our new Preferences page.












Search

Click on the magnifying glass icon in the navigation bar to search keywords within the nbn™ Customer Centre portal. This includes searching keywords within 100+ page PDF documents. We will be monitoring search terms regularly to identify any content gaps but please let us know if something is missing.
